Dr. Divyia J is our specialist pediatric dentist with over 11 years of quality practice in the field of children’s dentistry. She commenced her learning journey from Noorul Islam College of Dental Sciences, Kerala for her bachelors and thereafter pursued with her Post graduation in KVG Dental College under the renowned Rajiv Gandhi University, Karnataka . She was awarded a gold medal to her accredition in her postgraduate tenure. Following her education she was practicing in the prestigious KIMS health group of hospitals and concurrently establishing her pediatric practice in various high end dental clinics.
Her proficiency in child behavior management skills is the highlight of her practice. Her treatment philosophy embraces communication and tell show do as basic working strategies to encourage a positive lasting attitude in children towards dental care, which is as crucial as carrying out the dental treatment. A doting mother herself, she firmly believes in treating her little patients with utmost care and compassion.
Dr. Divyia is certified to use inhalation sedation (Nitrous Oxide gas/laughing gas) for young, anxious children and those with special needs. Her area of pediatric expertise involve Single visit Endodontics and Rotary Endodontics on baby and permanent teeth, pulpectomy, pulpotomy, direct pulp capping and management of multiple carious lesions like nursing bottle caries/ early childhood decay
