Dr. Anila is our gum specialist with a competitive 8 years of periodontic expertise. She has graduated from the prestigious Saveetha Dental College and pursued her postgraduate in Periodontics from SRM University, Chennai, India.
Following her educational journey she had the privilege to treat the Brave Indian Navy Officers and their family at Sanjeevani, Naval Base where she served them with great passion and zeal. Concurrently she has worked with other reputed dental clinics and hospitals including the Medical Trust Hospital at Cochin.
She has been immensely successful in treating gum diseases of her patients at all times and worked hard to bring their happy smiles back her area of expertise includes flap surgeries, aesthetic gingival procedures like gingival depigmentation, root planning and curettage, recession coverage, bone grafting procedures, multidisciplinary approach including ortho-perio ( wilckodontics), endo-perio (root resections, crown lengthening) and pre prosthetic surgeries, periimplantitis management , laser assisted gum surgeries like frenectomy (lip and tongue ties) and general routine dental procedures such as scaling and polishing, dental restoration and tooth extractions.
She takes great pride in helping patients make informed decisions about their treatment and provides optimal dental care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As a biological dentist she is a very passionate oral health educator and believes oral health is the gateway to maintain general health.
